Milligan Farms average 775g/day in second stage weaners.

Lyndon Milligan from Craigabon, has had MAxgro progeny coming through his second stage weaner house for just over 6 months. His born alive is currently 12.7 and since changing to maxgro he hsa improved growth rate by 60 grams per day in the stage weaners, with 0.15 improvement in Feed Conversion Efficiency. The Weaners are probe wet fed ad lib, with a 1.5 metre feeder accessible from both sides located in the centre of each pen, with a stocking rate of 90 pigs per pen. Lyndon uses 'Sacrolyte' in the water for the first 5 days after weaning and approximately 6kgs of starter creeps before changing to a homemade weaner diet which is probe wet fed from 10 to 40 Kgs.
